30 DAY WARRANTY
Parts manufactured by CX3 Tactical are backed by our 30 Day Warranty. Our CX3 manufactured parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. The liability of CX3 under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair the defect or replace the part at its discretion. Our QC team inspects all product to be free of any blemishes or defects before leaving our facility. The buyer is responsible for return of the part for a rightful warranty claim. Modification of the part will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or any damage resulting from careless handling, neglect, lack of knowledge during install, repairs or adjustments, or other unreasonable use of the part. Please have your order number available when inquiring about a warranty replacement.
To initiate a Warranty claim, contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or reach us at (909) 353-4621 , Monday through Friday, 9am – 3pm PST. Customer service will ask for your proof of purchase order number.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders placed with CX3 may be cancelled by the customer prior to the item having shipped. All cancellation requests must be made through the Customer Service email email@example.com, Monday through Friday, 9am – 3pm PST. You MUST provide the order number when submitting a cancellation request.
If the item/package has shipped, the order may not be cancelled and the customer must follow all rules applicable to returns. Please note that the return of the item/package will be made at the customer’s expense.
Cancelled orders may not be reversed. All cancellations are final.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If the purchased item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt, the customer can utilize the 30 day warranty to have the item replaced. If the customer wishes to return a purchased item(s) for a refund the customer may return the item(s) to CX3 WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.
All returns MUST INCLUDE their original packaging, washers, nuts, and any other included accessories to process the request, issue a refund, or replace the item. The Customer MUST email Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE returning any item.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by CX3 and must be returned in original packaging and with all hardware/accessories. The customer will be assessed a re-stocking fee up to 100% of the product sales price, at the discretion of CX3, if the item is not returned in resalable condition. If the product is returned damaged by the customer due to misuse or improper install, the return will be sent back at the buyer’s expense and no refund will be issued. Shipping fees are non refundable.
If the customer fails to include all packaging and hardware with the returned item(s), CX3 will NOT process a refund or replacement for the item(s) and the package will be returned to the customer at their expense. The buyer agrees to these terms when he/she commits to a purchase.
Typically, you can expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days. During the holiday and peak seasons shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We do work very hard to get your order out to you, and apologize if there is a delay with it. Let our Customer Service Department know if your order has passed the above ship time, and they will have your order sent to our Shipping Department to investigate the reason for the delay.
To track your order, a USPS tracking number is provided to you within 1 business day of your purchase. This does not mean your order has shipped, it just means a label has been created and your order is being processed. Typically, we ship within 1-2 business days. Keep in mind we ship in bulk and packages are not scanned on site. They are then processed at the USPS hub center and that can take an additional day to get scanned into their system. Please be patient with the post office, they work hard and fast to get your package updated and delivered to you. If you don’t see any updates within 3 days of receiving your tracking, that’s normal. If after 4 business days there’s no tracking updates, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
All product we sell is legal in all 50 states in the United States. We ship all across the USA. We do NOT ship outside of the US with the exception of our brothers and sisters up north in Canada. If inquiring about a shipment to Canada, please email us first so we may provide you a proper shipping estimate to your destination.
CX3 makes it a priority to provide accurate and up-to-date product information and specifications for items listed for sale on this website; however, errors and changes in circumstance do occur.
